How do I place an order?
To place your order, add the desired items to your cart. Prices for all products are in USD and applicable discounts are applied immediately. After reviewing your order, ensure it is above the MOV of USD 1500 and proceed to checkout where you will be prompted to input payment and shipment details.
Once received, we will begin packing your order and an invoice will be sent. After payment has been confirmed, we will send you a notification once the order is ready to pick-up with the packing list attached.
Order Terms
Minimum Order Value (MOV)
Apart from pre-orders, all orders will need to hit a MOV of USD 1500 to be valid. Orders below the MOV will not be processed.
Case Requirement
For orders on accessories, please ensure that the case count is respected. There is no case requirement for other products.
Preorders
Kindly place preorders separately from wholesale orders. This ensures efficient processing and reduce any delays. Please note that quantities of items cannot be altered or edited. We kindly seek your cooperation in this matter.
Payment of preorders excluding RTPs will be collected only when the product is fulfilled.
If you would like to pay by card for preorders, please select the wire transfer option and put a note for cc payment in the order notes. We will send a payment link for the preorders once the items have arrived.
Retail Pledges
Retail pledges to our CMON crowdfunding campaigns are available for ordering to all customers typically 1 month after conclusion of the campaign. Please note that there will be a Minimum order quantity of 3 sets and a 20% deposit will be required after ordering.
Fulfilment of Retail pledges will only start 1 month after global fulfilment has conclude for the crowdfunding campaign.
Cancellation / Modification of Orders
All orders once submitted are assumed to be final. Changes and modifications are subjected to approval on a case-by-case basis.

Unless otherwise stated, our standard payment terms are 100% prepaid before pickup. If any assistance is required, please send us an email at asiawholesales@cmon.com.

Is Freight Collect Possible?
Freight Collect is a possible arrangement. However, please provide us the China forwarder address and any shipping marks details when checking out the order. Please also ensure that the forwarder is informed beforehand of any incoming shipment. Shipping fees that are incurred during the arrangement will be subjected to a 5% handling fee.
Parts replacement Procedure
For any parts replacement requests, please fill up our request form. You will be able to find a copy of the request form in the Dropbox link below. Replacements will be shipped together with your next wholesales order.
